hubmix Anti-Cheat
Every ranked match on hubmix is protected. Install the anti-cheat once, keep it running while you play, and queue with confidence that the other nine players are clean too.

The hubmix anti-cheat client has not shipped, so there is nothing to install today. When the signed installer is published it will be served from this page and nowhere else — any “hubmix anti-cheat” offered elsewhere is not ours.
Until it ships
- · Queueing stays closed. Every search is refused by the server unless the anti-cheat is running, and that rule is not relaxed for anyone.
- · Finish the rest of your setup — Steam sign-in, verified contact details and your TeamSpeak3 identity — so nothing is left when the client lands.
- · Check that Counter-Strike is owned by the Steam account you play on. A copy borrowed through Steam Family Sharing is refused at match entry — the rule, in full.
- · Read the installation and privacy sections below; they describe exactly what the client will and will not touch.
Pair the installation with your account
Running is not the same as trusted. The anti-cheat makes a key on your PC and signs every heartbeat with it, and that key is attached to your account once, with a one-time code taken here. Without it, an anti-cheat that is plainly running can still be refused at the queue.
How installation will work
These are the steps for when the client is released — there is nothing to install yet.

Download the installer
It will be published on this page. Nothing else will ever be a legitimate hubmix anti-cheat download.

Run the installer
Double-click it and accept the admin prompt. Installation takes a few seconds.

Allow it through Windows
On the SmartScreen / Defender prompt choose “More info → Run anyway”, and allow it through your firewall.

Launch & keep it running
Open the hubmix Anti-Cheat — the tray icon turns green when it is protecting you.

Pair it with your account
Once per installation: take a one-time code from the pairing page and hand it to the anti-cheat. It then holds a key of its own and signs every heartbeat with it.

Queue on Play
Back on the Play page the anti-cheat gate turns green and you can search for a match.
How it will protect your games
Cheat detection
Catches the common tier — public aimbots, wallhacks, triggerbots and injected DLLs — by scanning the game from user space while you play.
Integrity checks
Verifies the game process and its loaded modules have not been tampered with, and reports what it finds to hubmix.
One sensor, not the wall
It runs in user space, so kernel-mode and hardware cheats are out of its reach by design. Those are caught server-side instead — on behaviour, demos and the evasion graph — where a cheat cannot hide.
Only in matches
Active during ranked games and shuts down when you are not queued — light on your PC.
What it does & doesn’t see
It monitors
- The Counter-Strike 1.6 game process and its loaded modules
- Game memory for known cheat signatures and tampering
- Match integrity reports sent to hubmix (results only)
It never touches
- Your personal files, documents or photos
- Browsing history, passwords or keystrokes outside the game
- Anything at all when you are not in a hubmix match
